TERMS OF SERVICE

If you are planning to commission me, you must read and agree to my terms below. By commissioning me, you assert that you accept the terms and conditions outlined on this page. I am not responsible for any negligence or failure to read my terms. Failure to abide by my terms will result in being blacklisted.

General

At the moment I have a limited skill set, and I may decline a commission if I do not feel confident I can depict your character to the best of my abilities.
Due to the time consuming nature of my art, please allow up to one month after payment to receive your art.
If you have a time restriction or due date in mind, let me know. Depending on the time limit, I may add a rush fee of $20-40.
I currently only take the commission types offered on my commission page. I do not take sketch commissions.
Please do not spam me or expect immediate replies to your messages. Give me at least 24-48 hours (on work days) to reply to your message. Feel free to send another message if you do not receive a response in that timeframe.
If you are being disrespectful or hard to work with, I may refund and cancel your commission.

Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
I will not start a commission until after payment is received.
Tipping is not expected, but always appreciated.

My rights

I reserve the right to refuse or deny any commission without explanation.
I reserve the right to cancel and refund any commission when I want without explanation.
I reserve the right to price my art however I like.
I reserve the right to post any artwork I make to my social platforms.
I reserve the right to change, make edits to, or update these terms.

Usage policy

You may:

Use the artwork as a pfp or banner.
Repost the artwork with proper credit.
Make edits to the artwork received.

You may not:

Claim my work as your own.
Use the artwork commercially or sell it in any way.
Upload the art into any AI models.
Use my artwork as an NFT.
Remove any watermarks I put on my artwork.
